BALLISTOL AND PLANTS
Ballistol can be used to protect and lubricate all sorts of gardening tools like scissors, sickles, hedge trimmers, weed whackers, lawn mowers, hose connections, chain saws, etc. It will not adversely affect plants, including plant foods.
BALLISTOL DETAILS
In an emulsion of 1-3% of Ballistol with cold water, Ballistol can be sprayed on potted plants and garden plants. It forms a mechanical protective shield against mites, aphids, fungus, spiders, etc. on the leaves and roots of plants and serves as a fertilizer when decomposing in aerobic degradation. However, Ballistol is not an insecticide or pesticide.
